Background:

Marlboro, a leading global brand, sought to revamp its annual wrap event and internal leadership training sessions to make them more engaging and impactful.

Objective

To design an innovative event that not only entertains but also empowers Marlboro’s internal leaders, enhancing their presentation and leadership skills.

Execution

  • Creative Direction: Collaborated with Roshan Abbas, a renowned artist, to conceptualize and design the event.
  • Strategic Training: Developed a training program for 12 internal leaders, focusing on effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Interactive Activities: Curated engaging activities to reveal hidden talents of the MD(s) including astrology and poetry.
